Orders once confirmed cannot be cancelled as products are manufactured and customized specifically for export orders.
Due to the nature of bulk and customized export orders, refunds are generally not applicable once production has commenced.
In case of damaged or defective goods, buyers must notify us within 7 days of delivery along with supporting photographs.
Approved cases may result in replacement, credit note, or partial refund, depending on the nature of the issue and mutual agreement.
